Businesses all over the country have been put under strain by the current financial situation. This means that employees are often asked to work longer hours and spend more time at the office.
In a normal situation people spend most of their waking time at work anyway, but now this has just been increased. While people are desperate to keep their jobs and to do their best work, this can be difficult if the working environment is not conducive to productivity.
